These terms govern access to the urboros.com site and the engagement of the professional services we provide. By using the site, you accept what follows.

1. Identification

2. Purpose

Urboros is an artificial intelligence consultancy. We design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal copilots. The website serves to inform you about our services, schedule an initial session, and get in touch with us.

3. Use of the website

• You may browse the content freely for personal or professional use.
• Scraping, copying the code, replicating the design, or using the Urboros brand without written authorization is not permitted.
• The Urbi chatbot is an automated tool. Its responses are indicative and do not constitute binding legal, tax, or contractual advice.

4. Engagement of services

The initial 30-minute session is free and carries no commitment. Any subsequent service is formalized through a signed proposal that details scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. Fees and payment terms are governed by that proposal and prevail over what is stated here.

4.1 Scope and deliverables

Each project is delivered against the agreed acceptance criteria. If you need changes outside of scope, we handle them as an extension with a separate budget.

4.2 Intellectual property

Custom-developed code and assets become yours once the project is paid in full. We retain rights over our internal libraries, templates, and methodology. We may showcase the project as a case study if you authorize it, anonymized by default.

4.3 Confidentiality

We treat as confidential any technical or commercial data shared during the engagement. If you need it, we will sign an NDA before the first discovery meeting.

5. Limitation of liability

We do everything reasonable to keep the site available and our services working. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes: AI is a tool, and results also depend on your processes and decisions. Urboros' maximum liability toward the client is limited to the amount actually invoiced in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Personal data

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is explained in the Cookie Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this document.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer protection rules require a different venue.
