Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to the urboros.com site and the hiring of the professional services we provide. By using the site you accept what follows.

1. Identification

Site owner: Urboros, based in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@urboros.com. Registry details pending update once the operating company is incorporated.

2. Purpose

Urboros is an artificial intelligence consultancy. We design, prototype and implement AI agents, automations and internal copilots. The site serves to inform you of the services, schedule an initial session and contact us.

3. Use of the site

• You may browse the content freely and for personal or professional use.
• It is not permitted to scrape, copy the code, replicate the design or use the Urboros brand without written authorisation.
• The Urbi chatbot is an automated tool. Its answers are indicative and do not constitute binding legal, tax or contractual advice.

4. Hiring services

The initial 30-minute session is free and without commitment. Any subsequent service is formalised through a signed proposal detailing scope, timelines, deliverables and price. Fees and payment terms are governed by that proposal and prevail over what is stated here.

4.1 Scope and deliverables

Each project is delivered against the agreed acceptance criteria. If you need changes outside scope, we handle them as an extension with a separate quote.

4.2 Intellectual property

The code and assets developed bespoke are yours once the project is paid in full. We retain rights over our internal libraries, templates and methodology. We may showcase the project as a success case if you authorise it, anonymised by default.

4.3 Confidentiality

We treat as confidential any technical or commercial data shared during the collaboration. If you need it, we sign an NDA before the first discovery meeting.

5. Limitation of liability

We do everything reasonable to keep the site available and our services working. We do not guarantee specific commercial results: AI is a tool, and results also depend on your processes and decisions. Urboros' maximum liability towards the client is limited to the amount actually charged in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Personal data

The processing of data is governed by our privacy policy. The use of cookies is explained in the cookie policy.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms to adapt them to legal or service changes. The date of the latest version is at the top of this document.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer regulations determine another jurisdiction.
